This California styled shoot features all the lace and burlap fit for a vintage chic affair. The bride wore a sweetheart mermaid wedding gown, accessorized with a birdcage veil and ivory sash, while the groom wore a khaki suit and matching bow tie. The intimate nuptials took place underneath an arch overflowing with greenery and lined with mason jar aisle markers, and the reception took place next to the museum’s barn. Where did the newlyweds take portraits while guests refreshed with cucumber-infused water? On a train! Tables were decorated with clusters of roses, succulents, astilbes, and scabiosa pods in glass vases, candelabras, and ribbons. Each place setting included a menu card with the saying, “Eat, Drink, and Be Married” on it, but it was the “goodies” that caught everyone’s eyes — M & M’s, taffy, and last but not least a ruffled wedding cake.
